PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The webinar will address the legal and practical ramifications and practice tips on responding to and
addressing claims and lawsuits of sexual harassment and claims of discrimination including what the
courts require for prompt and remedial action, public records, investigations, documentation, media,
and political impact. The presentation will apply to responses to claims of discrimination as well as
sexual harassment/discrimination claims.
