OMAA/OML SEMINAR: OHIO MUNICIPAL ATTORNEYS ASSOCIATION 2017 Winter Municipal Civil Law Seminar

The Ohio Municipal Attorneys Association (OMAA) will sponsor the Winter Law Seminar on Friday, December 8, 2017 at the Westin Columbus, 310 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio (614-228-3800).

The program features experienced speakers discussing current topics that are of interest and importance to the municipal lawyer.

There will be concurrent civil and criminal sessions on Friday, December 8. There will be 3 1/2 hours of general CLE credit and 2 1/2 hours of Attorney Conduct credit.

We are holding a block of sleeping rooms at the Westin for the evening of December 7 at a rate of $139 (single/double). Please contact the hotel directly to make your reservation.

The handouts will be provided on flash drives. We no longer offer hard copy handouts.

SCHEDULE OF TUITION for December Institute

Regular Registration Fees

1. Unless Plan 2A or 2B apply, the Registration Fee for the CLE Seminars is $200 each day for OMAA Members only. The fee for Nonmembers is $250 each day.

Discount Plans

2A. If ten or more civil side and/or prosecutors from your municipality attend the same CLE seminars, the Registration Fee is $100 each day, for OMAA members. The fee is $150 each day, for nonmembers. All must attend the same seminar. The freedom to move between civil and criminal sessions is permitted.

2B. If your municipality's population is 60,000 or less and if five or more civil side and/or prosecutors from your municipality attend the same CLE seminar, the Registration Fee is $100 each day attended, for OMAA members. The fee is $150 each day, for nonmembers. All must attend the same seminar. The freedom to move between the civil and criminal sessions is permitted.
